Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using JanVyapar (the app or website), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What JanVyapar is

JanVyapar is a workflow and record-keeping tool for mandi participants. It helps you calculate, generate purja, keep records and share receipts. JanVyapar is a record-keeper — it does not hold, route, or guarantee any payment between parties. Any money exchanged is directly between you and the other party.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Pricing

The app is free during the pilot. After launch, paid plans apply (indicative: Vapari from ₹199/month, Gaddidar from ₹999/month; farmers free). Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Accuracy & disputes

JanVyapar provides tools to record transactions but is not a party to any trade. We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or disagreements between users. Records in the app are evidence of what was entered, not a legal guarantee of payment.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JanVyapar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
